Launched in Melbourne in 2003 by a French Master Chocolatier and a Pastry Chef, Cacao's only goal is creating beautiful handcrafted chocolates, macarons and pastries. The ingredients are sustainably sourced to be of the highest quality and offer the very best in flavour.

The Cacao chocolates are made of premium Belgian coverture chocolate, with cocoa beans sourced from plantations in West Africa (Ivory Coast, Ghana) and Indonesia.
