Foie gras (or fatty liver) is a classic French delicacy from the South West of France. Duck or goose, the choice is yours! Our whole-block foie gras are corn-fed to enhance its smooth, buttery texture and ensure you the highest quality.
On the other side of the ring, the pâté will seduce the meat-lovers. Beef, pork, liver, venison or poultry, there's enough to satisfy everybody's cravings.
Whether you are on the pâté or foie gras side, you will find here everything to complete your board. They go perfectly well on a piece of fresh (or toasted) baguette, with a pickle and, why not, confit spread.
