FIG AND BALSAMIC VINEGAR SPREAD 45g
The Solliès violet fig is used in this chunky condiment, with the good taste of the fruit enhanced by the caramelized touch of balsamic vinegar. Excellent with foie gras, it also goes well with fresh goat's cheese and can even be used in the composition of a dessert, with vanilla ice cream!
Accompanies semi-cooked or pan-fried foie gras and duck breast. Try it with goat's cheese, on vanilla ice cream...
