INGREDIENTS - For 6 serves

1. Use a fork to separate the sardine's flesh from the bones and shred them in a bowl

2. Mince finely the shallot, caperberries and the fresh parsley and add them to the sardines

3. Combine the sardine mix with cream cheese and salt and pepper

4. Add a lemon twist if needed

5. Cover with foil and keep in the fridge for 2 hours

6. Serve with toasted bread
